The simplest model in the industry. We earn when you earn. Commission is paid only on completed, booked engagements. No subscription, no setup fee, no pay-to-play placement.

For organizations booking 5+ engagements a year. Dedicated account manager, custom dashboards for your L&D team, priority sourcing for hard-to-fill briefs, and volume pricing.
Commission is calculated on the total speaker fee and charged at the time the booking is confirmed. Payments are held in escrow and released to the speaker after the event is completed.
No. Speakers on iShruti can work with other bureaus and book independently. We earn commission only on engagements sourced through iShruti.
Cancellation terms are spelled out in the booking contract. If a booking is cancelled by the organizer, a cancellation fee (set in the contract) goes to the speaker. iShruti earns commission only on completed events.
